These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and provisions for the services we provide. By utilizing our services, you agree to the terms set forth below. * Business accounts include email, calendar, and storage (30 GB) with managed customer support. Additional business accounts, which include email, calendar, and storage, are available at a cost of $12 per user per month. Design and development costs are included in the rates specified for each plan, ensuring transparency and no hidden fees. *** For cost optimization services, pricing is contingent upon the savings discovered during the process. The actual cost will depend on the selected plan, with higher-tier plans offering greater potential cost savings and opportunities for optimization. ** Website development is limited to the number of screens specified in the chosen plan. Additional screens or customizations outside the plan’s scope will be quoted and billed separately. As part of our commitment, we offer a unique visitors pledge, which guarantees a minimum number of unique users before standard plan pricing is applied. This is a one-time pledge applicable at the start of the service. The standard pricing for each plan is as follows: the Startup Plan is $500 per month, the Growth Plan is $1200 per month, the Power Plan is $1800 per month, and the Enterprise Plan is $2500 per month. Cost optimization services vary in effectiveness based on the plan selected, with higher-tier plans such as Power and Enterprise allowing for more comprehensive cost-saving strategies compared to lower-tier plans. Cost optimization services rely on banking transaction exports for the verification of charges. The fee structure for cost optimization is as follows: Professional cost optimization services are billed at 40% of the cost savings, Premier cost optimization services are billed at 35% of the cost savings, and Enterprise cost optimization services are billed at 30% of the cost savings. In the event of contract cancellation, the remainder of the agreed-upon cost savings for the duration of the savings term will be due immediately based on the current amount of savings achieved at the time of cancellation. Services are billed on a monthly basis, and payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. Clients may cancel services at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. Charges for services rendered up to the date of cancellation will still apply. Adjustments to services or requests for additional features beyond the standard offerings of the chosen plan will be quoted and billed separately. The service provider shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of services, including but not limited to lost profits or data. Furthermore, these terms and conditions are subject to modification at any time. In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
